Our nervous systems were never meant to stay in “go mode” all the time. The Landing Space is a 4-week experience designed to bring safety back into your body, reconnect you with your own rhythm, and support you in community. A place to remember yourself again. Each week, you'll have prerecorded content to learn and understand how your nervous system functions and begin to have support to integrate it into your own life. In between sessions, there will be daily prompts to gently begin to integrate the information into your daily life. This isn’t another course to keep up with. It’s a container that holds you while you come home to yourself.
