    🌿 The Landing Space So many moms are running on empty, holding it all together, moving from one demand to the next, and wondering why it’s so hard to truly exhale. Our nervous systems were never meant to stay in “go mode” all the time. The Landing Space is a 4-week live experience designed to create safety in your body, supported in community, and reconnected to your own rhythm. To remember yourself again. Each week includes a live session, with the flexibility to join whichever option fits best that week: ✨ Tuesday mornings in person in Nanaimo (9–10 a.m.) ✨ Wednesday evenings on Zoom (7–8 p.m.) The in-person gatherings are held in my home near Piper’s Lagoon — a cozy, private space designed to feel like an exhale. I’ve hosted retreats here before, and it offers the warmth, safety, and intimacy that make this work feel especially restorative. But the real transformation happens between our sessions. Throughout the four weeks, you’ll stay connected through a private WhatsApp community, a grounding space where you can share reflections, receive gentle guidance from me, and connect with other moms walking this same path. This two-hour gathering blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and practical nervous system education to help you regulate emotions, reconnect with yourself, and build resilience. At its heart, the evening is about experiencing what true regulation feels like in your body—so you can carry that felt sense with you into daily life. Through movement, shared experience, and simple regulation techniques, you’ll gain tools to navigate motherhood with more ease. We’ll also set aside time for integration, allowing you to anchor what you’ve learned and felt before heading back into your busy world. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your journey, this evening is for you. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and take this time for yourself.
