- Moms Night Out 5.0 ✨ Spring Edition
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. This 1.5 hour gathering blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and practical nervous system education to help you regulate emotions, reconnect with yourself, and build resilience. At its heart, the evening is about experiencing what true regulation feels like in your body...so you can carry that felt sense with you into daily life. Through movement, shared experience, and simple regulation techniques, you’ll gain tools to navigate motherhood with more ease. We’ll also set aside time for integration, allowing you to anchor what you’ve learned and felt before heading back into your busy world. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your journey, this evening is for you. No prior yoga experience is needed, just come as you are and take this time for yourself. Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and nervous system support, because moms need care too. ~ Please bring a yoga mat, a bolster or pillow to sit on, and wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. ~ This may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits if you have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or CCC.

This is not about perfection or “fixing” yourself. It’s about coming home to yourself, slowly, consistently, and with support. It’s about practicing carving out moments for you, even when it’s tough.
