Motherhood is full, tender, overwhelming, beautiful, and often so much to hold. The Landing Collective is a gentle ongoing space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Each month, we focus on one meaningful theme that supports you in understanding yourself, your nervous system, and the patterns that shape your reactions and relationships. Through simple practices, compassionate education, and real-life application, you’ll learn how to navigate motherhood with more steadiness, clarity, and connection. This is not about perfection or “fixing” yourself. It’s about coming home to yourself, slowly, consistently, and with support. It’s about practicing carving out moments for you, even when it’s tough. It’s about practicing the things that help you feel steadier in real-life moments. ⸻ 🌿 What’s Included Each Month • Two sessions each month: one Zoom + one in person Attend either or both. Each session helps you explore what’s coming up and integrate the monthly theme. Zoom: Dec 30 & Jan 15 12-1 | In-person: Jan 21 9-10 • A private online community A warm space to land, share, and feel seen by other moms who get it. You’ll receive ongoing support between sessions so you never feel alone in the process. • A self-paced video teaching A monthly teaching you can watch anytime, designed to give you clear, relatable tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. • A monthly regulation practice A theme-aligned practice to support your nervous system. This may be a meditation, breathwork, or another simple tool you can use anytime. • Gentle prompts or resources Short, supportive touchpoints that help you stay connected to yourself, without adding more to your plate. ⸻ For the same investment as a single 1:1 counselling session, you’re held throughout the month with teachings, tools, and a community that supports your real life. Join when it feels right, and pause or cancel whenever you need. TLC is designed to support your nervous system, not add to your load
