Supporting others can be meaningful, complex, and, at times, lonely work. This is a space to slow down and think together, make sense of what is happening within the therapeutic relationship, and feel supported in what you are carrying as a counsellor. I offer warm, collaborative mentorship and supervision grounded in nervous-system literacy, attachment theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems. Rather than focusing only on techniques or interventions, we can explore what may be happening beneath a client’s presentation—including protective patterns, dysregulation, shutdown, relational dynamics, and the ways your own nervous system responds inside the work. Sessions may include case consultation, support with pacing and titration, working with complex or stuck presentations, navigating boundaries, developing your therapeutic voice, or tending to the personal and professional pieces that naturally arise through this work. This offering is for practicum students, newer counsellors, and experienced clinicians seeking thoughtful reflection and connection. My intention is not to give you all the answers, but to help you deepen your understanding, trust your instincts, and feel more grounded and supported in the way you practise.
