🌿 The Landing Space So many moms are running on empty, holding it all together, moving from one demand to the next, wondering why it feels impossible to exhale. Our nervous systems were never meant to stay in “go mode” all the time. The Landing Space is a 4-week live experience designed to bring safety back into your body, reconnect you with your own rhythm, and support you in community. A place to remember yourself again. Each week, you'll join whichever live session fits best: ✨ Tuesday's in person in Nanaimo (9–10 a.m.) OR ✨Wednesday's on Zoom (7–8 p.m.) In-person gatherings are held in my home near Piper’s Lagoon in Nanaimo BC - cozy, intimate, and intentionally grounding. But the real transformation happens between sessions. You’ll be part of a private online community, a gentle space to share reflections, receive ongoing guidance, and stay connected with other moms walking this path. You’ll also get meditations, nervous system prompts, and simple practices to weave into your real life, so regulation becomes something you can access anytime. Each session weaves grounding, nervous system education, guided reflection, and embodied integration, all held within a warm, compassionate community. This isn’t another course to keep up with. It’s a container that holds you while you come home to yourself.
